Coconut oil is the best to use for baking. One can simply replace the existing oil and use coconut oil. Coconut oil has a rich sweetness and aroma which can add flavor to cookies and cakes.
Stir fry and deep fry
Virgin coconut oil can be used to stir fry veggies, or meat. Ne may need to keep the temperature low as coconut oil will have a low smoking point.
Salad dressing
Olive oil can be replaced with virgin coconut oil as salad dressing. It will give a unique flavor to the salad. Also one can add coconut vinegar instead of regular vinegar.
Mayonnaise
High fat content in coconut makes it an ideal oil for making mayonnaise.
Popcorn
Coconut oil has been used for many years for making popcorn.
